It took me 2 years to finally go to a class here and now I'm wondering why it took me so long. I love it! After one class I knew it was something I wanted to stick with so I signed up for a year. I even got my wife to start coming to the classes too. Every class is fun, somewhat challenging, but very rewarding. If you've been thinking about trying out AOS just go for it.

I have only been coming for a short time but the coaches and students already feel like a family. The support and camaraderie is special, and the instructors are top notch in both ability and communication. The way they give feedback is so helpful and motivating to improve. I signed my kids up as well for the kids' self defense and it has been such a great journey for our whole family. Can't say enough good things- truly a life changing experience.

Attending this school went from something to get me out of the house to something I’m passionate about. The classes are structured around real world situations and applicable to everyday life. All the other students feel more like family than random faces and the coaches are not only knowledgeable but very easy to connect with. AOS Krav Maga

AoS Krav Maga is a modern up to date version of Krav Maga. We take the best aspect of Krav Maga and directly integrate it with our striking and grappling programs.

One big difference at AoS Krav Maga is  we directly work with Erik Paulson a legendary martial artist that has developed high level striking (STX) kick boxing and  submission grappling (CSW) programs that have been used by UFC fighters, military units, law enforcement, and civilians alike.  This is a major aspect that has elevated AOS Krav Maga students to a much higher level than with traditional Krav Maga. Lastly, we also work directly with Alan Predolin who many consider to be one of the highest level Krav Maga instructors in the world.

I don’t have any martial arts experience. Can I take Krav Maga?

Yes, you don’t need experience to take Krav Maga classes. There are levels of Krav Maga just as there are in any martial arts discipline, so you’ll start at the bottom and work your way up.

Is there a belt system in Krav Maga?

Yes, there are six levels: Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown and Black. You’ll have to test at each level before advancing to the next.
