Policy and Terms:
Sessions must be set up within 48 hours in advance.
24 Hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. Anything less than 24 hours notice for any reason will result in one lost training session
15 minutes late is considered a no show and a loss of one training credit
Credits must be used within 3 months or credits will expire.
Lost credits will not be redeemed or refunded.
A standardized Liability and Training Waiver will be signed in the first session.

Pricing Options
Policy and Terms:
Sessions must be set up 2 weeks in advance for days and times that do not conflict with AOS class schedule; or 4 weeks in advance for events that would conflict with AOS class schedule.
A 72 hour notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or group size changes is required. Failure to cancel within 72 hours will result in forfeiting the event and payment.
A decrease in group size (e.i. 10 down to 8 people) before 72 hours does not change the cost for the seminar.
Adding more participants to the event (e.i. 8 jumping up to 10 people) will result in up-charges to the large group rate.
A standardized Liability and Training Waiver will be signed in the first session for all participants.
